Smile Club is an in-office discount plan offered to patients who do not have dental insurance. The Smile Club is a dental maintenance plan that is intended to provide a discount for preventive services for established patients. The Smile Club is available to patients after their initial evaluation so that a suitable treatment plan can be determined.

What is included?

Smile Club General

Patients must not be diagnosed with periodontal disease.


  • 2 Cleanings
  • 2 Dental Exams
  • Yearly Bitewing X-rays
  • Pano Film every 5 years
  • 15% off restorative work done in the office


Cleanings are scheduled every 6 months 

Periodontal Smile Club

Maintenance program after initial periodontal treatment has been completed.

 

  • 3 Perio maintenance cleanings
  • 2 Dental Exams
  • Yearly Bitewing X-Rays
  • Pano Film every 5 years
  • 15% off restorative work done in the office


Cleanings are scheduled every 4 months   

Services must be provided during the 7 month period from onset of plan. Plan will renew within that month annually.
