Insurance

We will submit insurance claims on your behalf to your insurance company.  Most patients can use their insurance benefits at our office even if we are considered out of network providers (with the exception of any Medicaid based or HMO plan). Our office participates as in-network providers with several insurance companies.

Mitola Family Dentistry is not a Medicaid provider; Medicaid benefits cannot be used at our office.
