Our Dental Team

Kristy has been a valued member of our dental team for an incredible 18 years. Her dedication, professionalism, and warm personality make her a favorite among patients and colleagues alike. Kristy takes pride in providing excellent care and building lasting relationships with those she treats.

She earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Hudson Valley Community College and also holds a degree in Liberal Arts. Her commitment to continued learning and patient-centered care has made her an essential part of our practice’s success.

Outside the office, Kristy enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her family. As a busy mom, she proudly takes on the role of “mom bus,” keeping up with her children’s active sports schedules and family adventures.

Alison has been a part of the Mitola Family Dentistry team since 2019, the same year she graduated from Hudson Valley Community College with her degree in Dental Hygiene. Since then, she has become a trusted and familiar face to many of our patients.

In her daily role, Alison performs thorough dental cleanings, educates patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, and conducts screenings for oral diseases such as gum disease and oral cancer. She takes time to assess each patient’s individual needs, providing personalized care plans and recommendations to maintain and improve their oral health. Alison also assists in taking dental x-rays and collaborates closely with the dental team to ensure comprehensive care. Her gentle touch and calm demeanor help create a welcoming, stress-free environment for patients of all ages.

Alison is known for her genuine care and dedication to patient comfort, always striving to make each visit as pleasant as possible.

Outside of the office, Alison enjoys staying active through yoga and hiking, and she loves spending time outdoors whenever she can.

Julia is a dedicated dental hygienist who brings enthusiasm, compassion, and a commitment to patient care to every appointment. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies.

With one year of clinical experience, Julia has developed a gentle yet thorough approach to dental care, ensuring each patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident about their oral health.

Outside the office, Julia enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring new and exciting places around the Capital Region. Whether hiking local trails or discovering hidden gems in nearby towns, she loves staying active and connecting with her community.

Lyndsey joined our practice in 2020 and brings over 16 years of hands-on experience in the dental field. She attended the HVCC Dental Assistant program and later shared her expertise as a teacher at the Adirondack Dental Assisting School, helping train the next generation of dental professionals.

In her daily role, Lyndsey assists dentists during procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized for optimal patient care. She provides patients with clear explanations and compassionate support throughout their visits, helping to ease any anxieties. Lyndsey is also responsible for taking and developing dental x-rays, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient clinical operations. Her attention to detail and teamwork contribute significantly to the high standard of care our patients receive.

Lyndsey is known for her compassionate approach and ability to put patients at ease. Her dedication and experience make her a valued member of our clinical team.

Outside of work, Lyndsey loves soaking up the sunshine and staying active. She enjoys watching her daughters play soccer year-round, as well as spending time outdoors fishing, kayaking, and boating.

Theresa has been a dedicated dental assistant since 2011 and became part of our team in 2022. With over 11 years of hands-on experience in general dentistry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to every patient interaction. She earned her Dental Assisting degree from the Adirondack Dental Assisting School in 2014 and is also a licensed esthetician.

Throughout her career, Theresa has worked closely with dentists and hygienists to ensure smooth, efficient procedures and exceptional patient care. She is known for her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and ability to make patients feel comfortable and informed during their visits. Whether assisting with restorative treatments, preventive care, or routine cleanings, Theresa takes pride in helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles.

In her spare time, Theresa enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors. She loves kayaking, hiking, and exercising, as well as reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

Theresa’s passion for dentistry and patient care, along with her friendly and approachable nature, make her an invaluable part of our team.

Jane is an experienced and compassionate dental assistant with over eight years of experience in the field. She began her dental career after completing the Adirondack Dental Assisting Program, where she earned her Dental Assisting License.

Jane’s background includes extensive work in pediatric dentistry, where she developed a gentle and patient-centered approach to helping children feel at ease during their visits. Her experience and warm demeanor make her a valued part of our dental team.

Outside the office, Jane enjoys spending time with her cats and horse, reading, and enjoying quality time with her family.

Dawn has been a dedicated member of Mitola Family Dentistry since 1993, beginning her journey when the practice was under Dr. Frazier. With over three decades of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and reliability to both her clinical and patient-facing roles.

As a Dental Assistant and Patient Coordinator, Dawn wears many hats. She assists chairside during procedures, helps manage patient flow, and supports the team in ensuring each visit runs smoothly. Her attention to detail, calming presence, and extensive familiarity with our patients’ needs make her an invaluable part of our team.

Dawn is known not only for her skill and professionalism but also for the meaningful relationships she’s built with generations of patients and staff. Her deep-rooted commitment to the practice shines through in everything she does.

Outside the office, Dawn cherishes time with her family and five amazing grandkids, often spending weekends surrounded by laughter, love, and plenty of activity.

Kelly joined Mitola Family Dentistry in 2022 as our Patient and Referral Coordinator. With over a decade of experience in the dental field, she plays an important role in making sure each patient has a smooth, well-supported experience with us.

From managing appointments to coordinating specialist referrals, Kelly helps guide patients through their care with compassion and efficiency. Her friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and natural ability to make patients feel at ease make her a valued and trusted member of our team.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and their four wonderful grandkids, often finding joy in family gatherings and creating special memories together.

Bonnie joined Mitola Family Dentistry in 2025, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in the dental field. Originally from Ulster County, she recently relocated to the area and has quickly become an invaluable part of our team.

As our Insurance Coordinator and Patient Care Coordinator, Bonnie helps patients navigate their insurance benefits, understand treatment plans, and feel supported every step of the way. Her extensive knowledge and compassionate approach make her a trusted resource for both patients and colleagues. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to create a smooth, stress-free experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys ballroom and Latin dancing, attending concerts, and spending time immersed in her love for music. One of her all-time favorite performances is The Rocky Horror Show. She’s also a proud cat mom to two rescued kitties, who bring lots of love and personality to her home.
